Wimberley DR - Texas February 18 - 23

We had a smaller team this week.  the weather was very hot with temperatures in the mid 80's and close to 90.  We were still able to get a lot of work accomplished and stay safe.

The old drywall in the ceiling had to be removed & new strapping was put in place by Herman and Bob to attach the new drywall.

There was a little electrical that needed to be done, Jeff installed the outside light.

Annie put trim paint on the primed trim for the front of the house.

Bob put up drywall on the ceiling in the dining room.

Dennis & Jeff,  taped & mudded the new drywall as Herman finished securing it.

Levina spent the week painting primer on the outside of the house & garage.

Bob started to dig holes for the new handicapped ramp & steps.

Jeff, Dennis, & Al removed the sliding glass doors before fixing outside back wall.

Dennis, Herman & Bob worked at breaking up the blacktop to install the handicapped ramp.

Dennis replaced the support posts for the deck over hang.

Debbie painted the front porch.

Dennis took the old popcorn off the ceiling in the kitchen & dining room.

Nancy painted the house & garage for the week.

Bob mixed & poured cement for the base of the new ramp.

We played the Wizard card game on Wednesday night Al was the winner this week.

Thursday the siding began to go on the outside back wall of the double wide.

Jeff, Dennis and Al, put tar paper over the outside wall before the rest of the siding was replaced.

The old lattice work was removed from the front deck.

Dennis used his router to finish the edges of the railing.

Herman installed the first set of railing for the deck.

We went to Italian Gardens for dinner on Thursday night. We are losing Herman and Levina, Bob and Annie, and Jeff this week, we pray for safe travels.
